Introduction
TBEA Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “TBEA” or the “Company”) is an international service provider of system solutions for global energy industry with more than 20,000 employees in 24 countries. The company has 14 domestic industrial parks in China and 2 overseas manufacturing centers. As a large manufacturer of energy equipment and a national high-tech enterprise, the Company, in addition to manufacturing traditional energy equipment, is committed to developing new materials and new energy technologies, which is in line with China’s three emerging strategic industries, namely “high-end power T&D industry, renewable energy industry and new material industry”. In this regard, three subsidiaries have been listed, i.e. TBEA (stock code: 600089), Xinjiang Joinworld (stock code: 600888), and Xinte Energy (stock code: HK1799).
