As a government institution which is run like enterprises, Yangtze Delta Region Research Institute of Tsinghua University, Zhejiang, is co-founded by Zhejiang Provincial Government and Tsinghua University with the aims of mutual complementarity and common development.

Introduction

For Who: Full-time master's and doctoral graduates from Tsinghua University

Training period: 3+2, enlist to the reserve force of middle-level management.

Training plan: After 3 years department (unit) assistant position, after the passing of the assessment, the candidate will be promoted to department deputy according to the relevant regulations of the selection and appointment of cadres; Candidate then will be promoted to the head of department or to be recommended to the local government or relevant departments serves as an official or holds the position.
