Career Development Counseling:

        You will be interviewed one-on-one with your counselor about your career problems and puzzles. Depending on your needs, consultants will help you analyze your hobbies, personality traits, and abilities to help you choose the right career direction and discuss with you how to deal with the difficulties and challenges of your career choices and job hunting. Counselor will also help you improve the problem-solving ability, explore your own advantages, improve your confidence to achieve the dream.

        Your career issues may not be totally resolved through one interview, so it is possible that career counseling can last several times. You need to have an interview with the counselor at a fixed time of the week, usually about 50 minutes per interview.

Career Counseling can help you in the following ways:

        Self-understanding: to help you analyze your interests and hobbies, personality characteristics, ability and expertise, as well as your sense of life and value of the view;

        Career exploration: Explore tips for collecting career information to help you improve your ability to collect career information;

        Career decision: help you to use rational and scientific methods to analyze multiple career choices and make appropriate decisions;

        Job search tips: To help you prepare resumes and interview;

        Job Search Psychology: To help you improve the ability to deal with setbacks and difficulties in the job search, learning psychological adjustment methods.
