中国小型加速器中子源合作组简介

Introduction of Chinese Collaboration on Compact Accelerator-driven Neutron Sources, C-CANS

中子科学技术及其应用在中国发展迅速，近年来，随着中国散裂中子源（China Spallation Neutron Source，CSNS）、中国先进研究堆（China Advanced Research Reactor，CARR）、中国绵阳研究堆（China Mianyang Research Reactor，CMRR）三大国家中子源建成和陆续投入运行，小型加速器中子源（Compact Accelerator-driven Neutron Source，CANS）在大学、科研院所、企业中也得到了迅速发展。北京大学、兰州大学、南京航空航天大学、南京中硼联康医疗科技有限公司、清华大学、西安交通大学、中国工程物理研究院核物理与化学研究所、中科院高能物理研究所东莞中子科学中心、中科院核能安全技术研究所、中科院兰州近代物理研究所、中科院上海高等研究院、中科院上海应用物理研究所、中国原子能科学研究院等单位都建成了、正在或计划建设小型加速器中子源。

1977年全世界15家研究机构发起成立了国际先进中子源合作组（International Collaboration on Advanced Neutron Sources, ICANS），到2017年，ICANS已经举办了22次ICANS国际学术会议。2009年，国际小型加速器中子源联盟（Union for Compact Accelerator-driven Neutron Sources，UCANS）成立，到2018年，已经召开了7次UCANS国际学术会议，其中清华大学、西安交通大学分别承办了第1次和第6次UCANS会议。近年来，日本、韩国还分别成立了国家小型加速器中子源合作组JCANS、KCANS。

为了更好地交流小型加速器中子源研制建设，及其科学与工业应用进展，讨论与促进小型加速器中子源装置研制单位与用户单位在一些共性科学问题与技术发展方面的合作，以及在人才培养、与大型中子源协作配合等方面的问题，2019年1月20日，在清华大学召开了2019年小型加速器中子源研讨会。

参加2019年小型加速器中子源研讨会的专家学者就成立中国小型加速器中子源合作组（Chinese Collaboration on Compact Accelerator-driven Neutron Sources，C-CANS）进行了讨论，认为国内已有多家单位从事小型加速器中子源建设及其应用，成立C-CANS时机已经成熟，一致同意成立C-CANS，持续加强小型加速器中子源相关国际国内合作，推动相关科学技术及应用发展。

Neutron science and technology and their applications are developing rapidly in China. In recent years, with the completion and operation of neutron sources in China's three major countries, namely China Spallation Neutron Source (CSNS), China Advanced Research Reactor (CARR) and China Mianyang Research Reactor (CMRR), Compact Accelerator-driven Neutron Source (CANS)has also been obtained in universities, research institutes and enterprises. It has developed rapidly. Peking University, Tsinghua University, Lanzhou University, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and Nanjing ZhongboronLiankang Medical Technology Co., Ltd., Institute of High Energy Physics of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Dongguan Neutron Science Center, China Academy of Engineering Physics, China Academy of Atomic Energy Sciences and other units have built, are or plan to build Compact Accelerator-driven Neutron Source (CANS).

When C-CANS was launched at the Seminar on Neutron Sources in Small Accelerators in 2019, it was suggested that the Secretariat of the C-CANS Cooperation Group be located at Tsinghua University. C-CANS suggests that Tsinghua University prepare and maintain web pages, publish C-CANS related equipment construction, scientific research progress and exchange cooperation information.

C-CANS计划每年举行一次年度会议;

C-CANS不定期举办专题研讨会，分为“加速器”、“靶站”及“应用”三个专题方向，其专题研讨会与国际国内交流、专题规划与专题工作推进均在C-CANS框架下由各专题负责人推动；
